Our Business Analysis methodology sets a standard approach for developing business requirements and introduces tools and techniques to support this task.

The methodology adopts a collaborative approach to developing requirements. That is, the involvement of both business and project team members in the gathering process as a key to developing complete and accurate requirements where all stakeholders achieve a common understanding.

A common definition of business requirements is proposed as: "To document the needs of the business in such a way that will allow the robust, complete and accurate development of a system"
