Network and Support

Embassy Of Japan

Embassy of Japan does not have an in-house employee dedicated to manage the embassy's internal networks, so they rely heavily on CERT to support their IT operations. We conducted an initial assessment of the embassy network in order to learn how it’s being used from a business, application, and hardware standpoint. Once the assessment was completed, we provided the emabbassy with a detailed “best practices” needs assessment. This allowed the embassy to understand where holes and deficiencies were in their infrastructure. Once the embassy's network was in place, we maintained a high level of response to support requests initiated by the embassy including a retainer contract on supporting & managing their server.
