Predictable Care Managed Services

Includes all of the benefits of ProactiveCare in addition to providing full administration and around-the-clock maintenance and support.

Remote LAN Administration: CERT performs all standard administration tasks remotely upon request, including user moves, adds, changes, deletes, password resets, group memberships, file permissions, printer usage, and network rights are all included.

Routine Maintenance: Periodic recommended maintenance is provided on all covered devices, including disk defragmentation, profile maintenance, clean up of files no longer needed, and many other vendor recommended maintenance tasks.

24x7 Support: CERT will support your managed devices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hardware Support: CERT engineers will act on your behalf as an agent with hardware vendors to obtain warranty service and replace failed hardware. This requires that you maintain warranty coverage on the device or have stand-by hardware readily available.

On-site Resource: Any CERT Managed Services contract can be customized with the addition of an on-site engineer for as little as four hours per month and up to multiple full-time resources. Engineer hours included in a Managed Services agreement are provided at a reduced rate.
